IC-AEN — Publication Requirements

Publication Requirements

These requirements apply to all manuscripts intended for inclusion in the IC-AEN proceedings prepared for the publisher. Non compliant submissions may be declined without external review in order to protect quality and timelines.

Submission rules

  1. Topic alignment the study clearly fits one or more IC-AEN tracks within the agro environmental scope
  2. Language manuscripts are written in English with professional clarity prior to submission
  3. Structure the IMRaD model is followed with Introduction Materials and Methods Results and Discussion Conclusion and optional Acknowledgments
  4. Length the article is a minimum of six pages in the official template excluding references and typical length is six to eight pages
  5. Authorship up to five authors are listed by default and each author appears on no more than two papers in the volume unless editors approve an exception
  6. Ethics statements human or animal research includes approvals consent and permits and field studies describe welfare and safety measures
  7. Data availability a statement explains where data code or materials can be accessed or provides justified restrictions
  8. Figures and tables captions units and legends are in English and images are original and free from inappropriate manipulation
  9. References at least ten sources are cited with approximately seventy percent from the last ten years and persistent identifiers are added when available
  10. Formatting the official Word or LaTeX template of the publisher is used and all metadata fields are completed accurately
  11. Originality similarity is within acceptable limits excluding quotations and references and reused content is attributed with permissions when required
  12. Abstract one hundred fifty words or more describing objective methods key findings and significance
  13. Submission channel files are submitted through the conference process and all correspondence is directed to the editorial team rather than the publisher
  14. Presentation presentation at the conference is compulsory and verified no show manuscripts are removed from the proceedings set
  15. Production package the camera ready file set with validated metadata and permissions is delivered to the publisher according to the agreed timeline

Authors are encouraged to follow reporting guidelines relevant to their study design and to ensure reproducibility through clear methods and openly available materials when feasible.
